Hello from MICRODOLLY!

It's 98 degrees in Hollywood. Seems like we skipped Spring and went straight to Summer weather. I passed a couple of crews this morning loading up at Warner Brothers Studios and the uniform of the day was Bermuda shorts and cut-offs.

Here's some BIG NEWS from the MICRODOLLY Corporate offices.

We have a new GM, Mr. Norm Hoffman. Norm brings with him nearly twenty years of management experience in the Broadcast Television equipment arena. Although based here in Los Angeles, he has facilitated installations in Europe as well as Latin America. His knowledge of markets both here in the U.S. and abroad will be a great help to the continued growth of MICRODOLLY around the world.

We've known Norm for a long time. He's one of the "good guys". We look forward to having him with us.

Take a look in the current issue of "HD VIDEOPRO" Magazine. It has a good article on Michael Brown on Mount Everest for an HD shoot. It also has a terrific shot of Michael's brother Gordon on an HD shoot on Mount Kilimanjaro with his MICRODOLLY JIB.
